Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. For bulky gear, mixed orders or destination questions, contact the OSC team with the products and delivery postcode.

Terry Tuff seat covers

• Australian retail orders of A$199 or less: A$20 flat-rate shipping.
• Australian retail orders over A$199: free standard shipping.
• Retail delivery is within Australia.

Pre-orders

Check each product page for its expected arrival and payment terms. Terry Tuff first stock is expected in late November 2026, with dispatch following arrival and checks. Terry pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.

Other pre-order products may have different arrival dates and payment schedules. Please refer to the product and checkout details for your order.

2-year OSC warranty

All OSC products come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit those rights.
